Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your order, you may return any item(s) to us unused and in the same condition you received them for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

Return Postage

• All return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival.
  
  
• If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it so we can assist you.
  
  

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order:

• Up to 12 pm on the day you placed your order
  
  
• If you order after these cutoff times or on a weekend, you may cancel until 12 pm the next working day
  
  

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Proof of Postage

When returning an item, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage in transit.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been received and your refund processed.

Refunds

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
