These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you access or use primepet.co.nz or purchase our products.

By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

• PrimePet is a New Zealand-owned and operated business.
  
• All prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  
• We reserve the right to update prices, products, and information at any time.
  

2. Orders

• When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate.
  
• Orders are accepted at our discretion.
  
• Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  

3. Payments

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  
• PrimePet does not store your full card information.
  
• Orders must be paid in full before processing.
  

4. Shipping

• Delivery is available within New Zealand only.
  
• Delivery timeframes and charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
  

5. Returns & Refunds

Your consumer rights are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

6. Product Descriptions

We try to ensure all information is accurate; however:

• Colours may vary due to screen settings
  
• Packaging may change
  
• Errors may occasionally occur
  

We reserve the right to correct errors without obligation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under New Zealand law, PrimePet is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
  
• Loss caused by misuse of products
  

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, text, logos, and website content are the property of PrimePet and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
